About Mosart Khanim
Mosart Khanim was previously employed as head of customer services at fuel card company Radius Payment Solutions where she set up her department from scratch, recruiting teams and establishing excellence in customer service as the differentiator between her employer’s company and their competitors.
Prior to that, Mosart worked in banking for over 25 years, rising to divisional manager, business banking, for Santander. She has also worked as a branch manager, personal banking manager, and financial/mortgage advisor with high street banks Halifax, Abbey, and TSB.
Now working with the Suresite Group, a B2B service provider based in Preston, Mosart will be drawing on her previous experience to improve Suresite’s customer service ensuring that all stakeholders – internal and external customers and suppliers – receive the very best service from everyone they deal with.
