About Simon Wallis
If ever there was a man with pizza sauce in his veins, it’s Simon Wallis. With roles at Pizza Hut and then Papa John’s, before joining Domino’s as Sales and Marketing Director, going on to become Chief Operating Officer, before being promoted to International Managing Director. Prior to that, Simon has worked in a number of food marketing roles, at YUM Restaurants in KFC UK, and at United Biscuits overseeing the McVitie’s brand.
At Domino’s, he has overseen a period of rapid growth, helping Domino’s become the number one pizza company in the UK. He has helped transition the business from a traditional bricks & mortar company to a genuinely omni channel retailer, overseen a period of record store openings, positioned the brand confidently as the official food of everything, and significantly improved the customer experience through a variety of menu and operational initiatives.
