With a background in Hotel and Restaurant management, Beverley has a wealth of experience from across the food industry. She worked in Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs before moving to the Food Standards Agency. Beverley established herself as a shellfish expert before her move to the Regulating Our Future team. She heads up the Enhanced Registration work and continues to champion and drive the work forward today. When she’s not working, Beverley loves long dog walks and spending time in France with family and friends sampling local food and wine.
