About Gustavo Bellei
I Was born in Brazil, in 1982, in one of the city where most of the japanese migrants came to live, after years living in a mix of culture, Brazilian/Japanese where I learned how to make Sushi and cook in a japanese way, I moved to Italy where I started to discovery the hospitality, after 1 year working in a Catering, I quit my Physiotherapy Uni and I did a chef school, and started to work in the kitchen.
