About Ian Dunstall
Ian is a hospitality branding expert supporting clients in business strategy, brand positioning and concept development. With over 30 years career experience, in both senior corporate roles and brand consultancy, Ian has supported the creation, development and turnaround of over 40 brands in the UK, Germany and Russia.
Roles at Mitchells and Butler included Director of Marketing and Director of Concept Development (including the creation of the Miller & Carter brand). Subsequently Ian was Chief Marketing Officer for Rosinter Restaurant Group, before setting up his own hospitality brand consultancy in 2014.
