Tom has worked for organisations with big environmental and commercial ambition focussed on food efficiency since 2010, designing and delivering high-impact colleague and supplier collaboration programmes for a range of private and public sector players, as well as driving progress on national sustainable food production initiatives while at WRAP.
He is currently Director of Business Development UK at Leanpath, working with foodservice organisations large and small to prevent the behaviours that create food waste through an innovative food waste tracking platform that is used by thousands of kitchens worldwide to cut their food costs and associated environmental impacts
